Anyone on here have an online pdf or something like it that maps out the under the hood fuse/relay box and/or the one inside the car?

Do you mean? A layout showing what each fuse is, or a schematic that shows the wiring? Fuse box diagrams for inside and engine fuse boxes are in the owners manual. Schematic is in the mechanics manual.

It's in the Fiesta Manual (http://www.fordfiestast.org/downloads/fiesta-manual.pdf)(Starting on Page 169)

Question: why is the under hood Fuse 1 listed twice with different Amps (60 and 40)? Under the 60 Amp it lists the ESC and under 40 it is anti-lock, but it's the same 60 Amp fuse. Am I missing something?

I think its relative to trim. If you have esc its 60 amps. If no esc its just the abs.

They make a Fiesta without ESC? I thought that was standard these days

Non ST? Something I heard has an automatic transmission. [unbelieveable]

Hm. Might be on to something with the ST comment. There's two ESC fuses, but only one anti-lock. Maybe ours has the 60 Amp for anti-lock plus eTVC?
