Who has the most miles on their car? Any issues?

My 2014 ST has just gone over the 30,000 mile mark. So far, knock on wood, I have had zero issues. The car has run like a train. I did change the brake pads to ceramic to greatly reduce brake dust. The only mods are a Mountune inlet pipe (red, mostly for looks) and a Mountune air filter.

Anyone with more miles? Issues of any kind? Would you buy another ST?

I have 42,000 miles on mine. No issues besides the passenger window does not work. I'm just starting to mod mine as well.

Last I saw, he had over 184k trouble-free miles, with the original clutch and shocks, he's probably over 200k miles now.

see post 91 among others. It looks like I remembered it a little wrong, it was 164k not 184k, but that's still a ton of miles, and it must have been somewhere else he was talking about the clutch, but I remember him saying that.

Yes, I read his post. Amazing story. I have to laugh at the folks who say, "They don't build'em like they used to". No they sure don't. They build them 100 times better. Lighter, more powerful, more efficient, and far more durable. Back in the day, 100,000 miles (or less) was about it before you needed a complete engine rebuild. 70's muscle cars? The average mom & pop sedan of today will run circles around any of them.....handle better, stop better, steer better, and in many cases, also blow them off the drag strip. A '57 Chevy? Wonderful for nostalgia, but go actually drive one. They were crude beasts. The Chevy small block is an exception........still going strong after 50 plus years, although even it has been improved dramatically with modern technology.

Thank you for the thought, I only have 170784 at this point. So the job I had accumulating those kind of miles stopped on June 13. So now I'm back in an office and it will be regular miles from now on. However I still am on the factory clutch and no issues on the car of any kind.

The car has certainly paid for itself.

I purchased the x37 turbo and then opted to sell it. I'm done modifying the car. I may put the stereo in it or I may turn my sights onto the rs or wrx as I now live in Washington state and they get some snow here so 4 wheel drive would be nice. I'll stick with my fmic cAI charge pipes, down pipe upgraded wastegate, exhaust, Wilwood brakes coil overs and tune.

This car will go down in my history of cars as one of the best I ever owned.
