Dear FSWerks customers and Focus/Fiesta/Fusion community,

I?m writing today to inform all of you that I will be leaving my position at FSWerks. This was not an easy decision to make. I've put my heart and soul into my work here over the last 17+ years, but this is a decision that I felt was necessary. It?s been a good run here, but the time has come to make a change.

I have taken a position at Mountune USA and will start there in early April, 2014. I will be offering support to FSWerks customers who have purchased flashers from FSWerks directly, but the exact details of that are still being worked out. Anyone who has purchased programming from ME directly will have zero change in support.

Thank you,

Randy Robles
Good Luck Randy

From Their FB Page

I think he is the tune guy but I may be incorrect in that..

Man, I placed my order with Fswerks on March 19th. They pulled the money out of my credit card, and still no Accessport. I hope that there aren't any problems between Cobb and Fswerks because of this brain drain? They are close to where I live, so that would save on shipping, but not if they can't get any more Accessports. Probably nothing to worry about, but they said delivery on Monday, and its Tuesday, and still no email.

Is 2000 miles too soon to install the Accessport?

So if we're not sure about what he does than we don't really know if this effects us at all. If someone's knows more than we can get a better idea. I wish him luck with his new position at Mountune USA . Either way my FSWERKS intake is freaking awesome, Lol!

I know he is listed as Vice Prez on other forums where they have a spot and that he was the one that posted about no being able to finish their tunes since COBB released their ATR Pro software..
So its only the folks that bought their AP from them that will have to wait and see if they get the promised tunes .. Change is good they say :)

Have you received any custom tune from fswerks yet?

Nope last contact I had in Early Feb was they had to redo everything with the latest COBB update and they would make a announcement and I would know what to do based on that.. They do NOT leave there TUNEs open on the website they send you a Email where to get them from was all I was told..

why not just get your accessport from Cobb themselves since you're close to them? Cobb is just over in Fountain Valley.
and my shop ModBargains.com in La Habra, CA has been selling them no issue.

2000 miles is not too soon to install the AP; you're fine if you waited this long and many guys have installed their APs before even putting 300 miles on the car

by the way... we got an AWD dyno delivered over here a few weeks ago; once that's set up I was thinking FIST/FOST Dyno day

I purchased from FSWERKS as they are on my way home on the 91. No matter who I picked, I would need to pay taxes, so I picked the closest to me. I pick up my Cobb tonight. Dyno day sounds great, keep me posted. Thanks.

Hello all,
Just wanted to get involved in this Forum.

I've been with FSWERKS/Euro Sport for over 20 years, and can assure you we will be looking to give the support you expect from FSWERKS and will be dealing with the programming we have been known for. More details will be worked on in the near future to answer some of your other questions and concerns.

If you have questions with your orders, simply give us a call during the week and we can quickly let you know its status. Typically all orders are processed in 1-2 days as long as no problems with the order and the products are in stock. You will also get tracking information once it ships so check your emails.
