Thanks! I?m working on a new video. I?ve just installed 2 12" Pioneer Champion Series. I tried to follow your wiring tutorial but I guess we don?t have the same wire colors so I had a rough time doing it. Totally Worth it tho!

How much was the blowoff valve? Reason I ask is my car sounds exactly like that with my Injen cold air intake. Great job on the video.

It was around $250 dlls. I?m excited to hear the BOV sound with the INJEN CAI. Do you have a video of yours?

I had mine installed in about an hour. The hardest part is removing the OEM intake tube from the turbocharger. That part is going to be hard no matter what intake you buy.

I had no other issues.

May I ask why you did a blow-off valve though? Your Fiesta has a BOV (or Boost Pressure Valve [BPV]) integrated into the turbocharger stock, make it unnecessary unless you just like the noise.

While an Intake or Tune isn't an instant warranty-voider, a blow-off valve definitely is... On the Focus ST groups Kev and I were warning a guy not to be screwing around adding a BOV and messing with the wastegate without a reason for it, it was hard to feel sorry for him when not even three days later, he messed up the wastegate he was effin around with, overboosted the motor, and blew up his motor and was denied the claim, leaving him with a $6k motor repair.

I'm glad you enjoy it and are realistic about it, but please be careful with what you're doing

No video and for a very good reason. The sound it makes idling and me reving it up sounds nothing like it does going down the road. Going down the freeway you can hear that thing sucking wind and if you lift off the gas you hear turbo noise, sounds like a blowoff valve to me. You jump on it and that thing is loud and when you lift to switch gears the turbo noise is loud. I'll try to figure out a way to record the noise going down the road.

Just watched, yep that's the sound. I'll have to look into the diverter valve. What's it doing letting excess boost pass through it and with the intake we can hear it basically coming out of the filter end?
