So, as I understand it:
*Only the Mountune-rebranded AP is warranty-supported.
*It is only warranty-supported if "installed" by Ford.
*Without a custom tune, it's less than optimal.
*Other Mountune parts are also warranty-supported if also installed by Ford.
Correct me of I'm wrong on any of those bullet points. If I'm right on all of the above, and I like my warranty...
I'm pretty much locked in to Mountune, eh? I've had all of my Foci tuned by Randy, so no issues there. I'm not a huge fan of the price difference, or the fact I would have to pay Ford to do things I prefer to do myself.
Am I wrong on any of the above points/questions? Anyone with experience care to chime in on the Mountune tuning? Any thoughts from Randy himself?
