ENCS overseas order

Hi all,

I ordered my car a few weeks ago and was wondering about others out there who have ordered through ENCS as well. Just wanting to check how long it took for it to arrive and what you ordered. I picked the white with smoke recaros. I am not picky on color much but it seems that they have only a basic no option ones ordered for stock vehicles. So far my salesman said 3 months however after looking at the majority of orders fromt he states it takes them guys at least 3 months so were looking at another 1-2 months on top of that. I will be picking up at the port so that saves a week or two at least.

Please share your experience.

It's a bit hard to gauge the time it takes for an overseas order, since the travel time is extended and I don't know the route and methods it will take. There's a lot of snow in the Northeast, so any trains and trucks heading through there may experience weather delays. The order processing stage also varies in length due to many variables (including dealer allocation, other like and different vehicles in line, options on the vehicle, ect.)

I recommend reaching out to Ford Germany to see if they have more information about the process:

Telephone Number +49 (0) 221 903 3333
One Call - Local Number 0221 9999 2999
One Call - International +49 221 9999 2999

I ordered my car before I deployed and I had ENCS time the production and delivery of my car to arrive before I returned from the desert and the car arrived ahead of time. I'm stationed in England so I don't know where the port is in Germany.

Ordered my car through ENCS here in Germany. Ordered October 4th, built December 2nd, and shipped December 12th. After that its a mystery since the salesman said that they don't get a tracking number or anything until it gets into port. I wouldn't do it again since I didn't expect the wait to be so long. Supposedly here next week, but I'm not getting my hopes up. The smarter deal would've been to purchase one stateside that you like and get it shipped. Since there's basically no negotiations on an ENCS deal, even with tax mine could have been cheaper.

Mine took 3 month to get here. they'll get a notice when it leaves the states and another when it hit Brimhaven which is the main port in Germany to my understanding. then about 7-14days cause they wont bring it to where ever you are unless the driver has a full truck.

I don't have much info on ENCS, but I was able to track down their website. Here's the link to their customer service page.

I also have contact information for OMSC (Overseas Military Sales Corporation) if anyone's used them.

Meagan, OMSC is the source for Toyota, Honda and VW. ENCS is for Chrysler and Ford...
Akrisd, Sorry to hear the crazy wait I hope I don't have to go through that. Where are you located? I would guess your extended time may be from the switch from MY14 to MY15. Only reason I didn't take one from the stock they have is the Recaro package. I had a Fost and this time around I wanted the Recaros however the wait is killing me I am just using the time to research the mods I want to do as soon as she arrives. Also I am picking up at port as it saves time and money plus I can break her in on the trip back.
Young L I hope to have the same experience. I placed my order in Jan and the salesman said as soon as april and late as june.

I ordered around 20 Jan and received my vin last week. No window sticker as of yet. I will continue to check weekly. Right now I am trying to decide to have the car delivered to Germany or just pick it up in the states as I will be leaving here in 8 months anyways.

Might as well wait till you get stateside. By the time it gets here you'll have it for maybe a month or two before having to turn around and just load it back up

Young L, yes this sounds best as I won't have to wait for the to ship back to the states and she will be waiting patiently for me. Plus it saves me a little over 1k.
