Thats awsome. Now if they drop in the new ecoboost 2.3 it would be pretty quick.

they need to drop in the 320hp Focus RS motor and AWD system, 6-Speed Manual, RS Badges and call it the Fusion RS, and I and many others would probably buy it for 32,000$ starting price

It would be awesome but the market would be way too niche. Might cannibalize SHO sales too.

This is what I have been wanting forever from Ford, a powerful awd sport sedan. The new fusions look really classy yet aggressive, too.

your so right. it would be a dead end for sure. but man it would surely rack up some good market advantages for ford especially since theres nothing really out there like that with fords badge on it.

man, it would be really incredible to see ford get into the performance non-hatch sedan market though. SHO sales haven't been to enthralling lately though and the fusion rs would appeal to the millenials who are moving up the corporate latter at this 2016 point in our lives.

I think DHM has a sweet looking Fusion in the shop for a few parts. I forgot they put a 1.6 ecoboost in them too .. Sharp car for what it is and fits in the line up..
