Hello all.
I am finally getting around to doing my build thread on here. So here goes.

I purchased it back in August 2014 as a birthday present to myself. It only fits since back in 2008, its what I did with the Kraken (my SVT focus). lol

So I was wanting to completely focus (no pun intended) my efforts with my SVT to make it a dedicated Auto-x and eventual circuit car. So I needed a new daily. My buddy let me test drive is FoST and I loved it. But it was just a little too big and heavy for me. So I went to the dealership and wanted to test drive a Fiesta ST, since its about the same size as a mk1 focus. It was on the showroom floor and only had 46 miles on it. I saw it and fell in love.

I test drove it for about 12 miles and knew I had to have it. So we worked up the paperwork and I left a couple hours later with it.

3 days into ownership, my gf thought it would be a good idea to load up the hatch with grass since "its getting detailed on friday anyways. fml, but I did it anyways. lol

It didn't take long to start modding it. Thanks no-pistons!!

both of these were made by a member on fiestastforum.com. I color filled the ST myself.

Then it came time to start ordering from Boomba. Thanks Boomba!

RMM, STS bracket, STS shifter cable bushings
Getting to work

Bushings installed

Shifter adapter bracket installed

RMM

Debadged it as well

Didn't take long to get a race downpipe either hahaha. two layers of header wrap to help keep temps down

swapped out the crappy filter for a green filter

deleted the sound symposer cuz that intake noise was annoying (thank Deadhooks!!!!!)

Next mod was to get a STS arm. and while I was there, I replaced the bushings on the shifter as well

Then I lowered it on some H&R Super Street Springs. These are from the day of the install, so its settled more sense

Next up was to add some bass to the stereo. So, I used a Line Out Converter off the rear passenger speaker and got to work. I decided to use my shallow Kenwood Exelon 10" carbon glass sub and Kenwood Excelon mono amp. I wanted to keep it hidden to maintain my hatch space so here it is first built.

(and i got lazy for this step, but I carpeted it)

Being the LED fanatic that I am,
I had to add some lighting to the hatch

I then installed a MBRP exhaust and I LOVE IT!!!

and so here it is as it is now (well not exactly but i will get there)

Hyperwhite halogen bulbs and yellow fogs

And I have a few mods I have planned.
an aftermarket crashbar to pair with the largest and best intercooler for the FiST
A custom Tune
a splitter
ss brake lines
and retrofitted headlights

And now for the most recent "mod".
So a little to the back story.
A few years back, my nephew was diagnosed as High Functioning Autistic. He has Asperger's Syndrome. Well my nephew and I are two peas in a pod and its kinda awesome. Well, after working with him so much, I ended up getting diagnosed with it as well. I always knew i was a little "off" but it was my normal so never really thought much about it. In hindsight.. holy crap, i had issues lol... but whatever... Well, I wanted to do something special with my car.. So I thought a lot about it and had different concepts, but ended up with this:

My awesome girlfriend sewed up my custom shift boot!

Now I am not done with it, but I will just add on to it from here. I already have some plans for interior trim pieces to go with the them.

All in all, a lot of progress in not even 10 months. hahaha. I hope you enjoyed my mini novel

and here are a couple professional pics I had done yesterday!

The forum shared the rolling shot on instagram today and it made me realize I had never done my build thread on here. Just my initial thread when I joined.

It's awesome as is. One other touch I would suggest, and I normally wouldn't but this is for awareness/ownership, get a front splitter bombed with puzzle pieces. Edit- Also, lay some over the ST badge in the front, cut to shape.

I am a huge fan of it. It looks way more aggressive than stock. And 16"wheels I'm assuming? They just look beefier. All in all. Badass man.

What these guys are asking. What size rims and wheels specs if you don't mind? It looks great, especially on those springs.

tires are sumitomo htrz-II 205/50 r16.
granted not the "grippiest" as some would prefer, but i have had amazing experiences with them and the price is hard to beat... esp with this being my daily

That's looking really good, totally agree with the splitter and ST emblems. What other interior pieces are you planning on going with? Really interested to see how it looks going forward.

Did you get a tune for the non catted DP?
Don't have a tune yet. Running an 02 spacer for now. Going to get a tune prolly thru panda by the end of the summer.
Had the spacer in for about 6 months and no cel.

For my own personal preference, I didn't want a tune til I hit 10k

Not sure if I want to do the pillars or the headliner. But also maybe the center console arm rest. Maybe will do the hatch cover as well.

Thanks.
I already had these wheels as my track wheels for my SVT focus. I actually bought some 16" rota grids that i was going to paint dark bronze and put on here. But once I threw the Slipstreams on, I just fell in love. and the grids look awesome on the focus so its a win win.

i like 16s because i like a beefier sidewall
