Hello guys and gals. My name is justin. If I'm not supposed to post this here then I apologize. So ever since the fiST came out I've been hooked. I've test driven a foST over a year ago and liked it bit didn't pull the trigger. Now I want a fiST but have yet driven one. My ideal is white with recaros and that's it. But finding one is a challenge in itself. I saw a dealer 60 miles away from me has a 15 white loaded everything except recaros for 18 and change. Msrp is 23 and change. I'm strongly considering this because even with the negative equity I will transfer I won't be too much in the red considering they are selling it so much cheaper under msrp. So should I buy it even tho ot doesn't have recaros or just suck it up and spend the 25-26k? Thank you :)

First off,
Welcome Aboard.

Yes, this is a good place for your first post.

Now about the car,
The '15 for 18K, is it new; or was it a demo?
It is hard to believe that they would drop the price that much.

Anyway that is a good savings and it is your money so it is a choice you have to make.
Good luck.

I'm not really sure if it was a demo or not. I just assumed it has been sitting and they just wanna get rid of it. They have a blue and molten orange both are a few grand under msrp as well but this one is way below. Yes the white one is new. Is their any way to beef up the basic seats? Add more padding or maybe bolstering it a little more?

In my opinion the Recaro's make the experience in this car amazing. Everyone who gets in, loves the seats, everyone who sees it, comments on the seats, everyone who has driven my car, loves how the seats look and hug them in place.

I wouldnt buy one without. But that's just me.

Completely agree. I have to do more driving of both cars, but I think the Recaros in the FiST are better than the Recaros in my Shelby.

I called them about the Fist as I am also looking to get into one but they said that the offer includes a trade assist of 1000, so if you don't have a trade it would be more like 19000-20000. Still a great deal, if you don't mind not having the Recaros, but not 18000.

So looks like even tho it's a great cheap buy it's still not worth it unless recaros? Looks like I'll be saving a little longer haha thank you

I'd say sit in a car with recaros since not everyone likes them

Out of the 10 or so people that have sat in my car, I think 2 actually liked the recaros. Could just be everyone else is a hater who knows lol I love them
