I had the Triple R splitter, but it got destroyed last week by a semi-truck tire on the freeway Which splitter is a direct fit, unlike the Triple R? Any recommendations on replacements?

That was my choice. Has anyone installed this splitter? I really don't trust the Ford dealer to be able to install the Triple R. Not much of a difference in cost.

Thanks Boostbumps. Anyone install the Mountune splitter? Do you need to drill any holes in the splitter, or is it plug and play. Is it Satin or gloss finish?

I have the Maxton Design, just haven't installed it so I don't know exactly what's involved to get it on yet. It's ABS and the quality looks good. I got the satin finish, though there are 3 finishes available.

I have the mountune. It's on the more difficult side to install, as far as splitters go. You have to remove the front bumper cover and add a rivet for the center support post. It has a "double gel coat" on it, but it has more of a satin finish. I have a picture of it on my build thread.

Here's the install guide: https://m.box.com/shared_item/https://mountune.box.com/s/y78ufqps1vgngkjon4dp6mq1u4k6qo7w

Damn. After reading that it almost turns me off the Mountune one. It looks the best of the affordable ones but I don't like that black post especially if I remove my lower grill insert when I install my IC. Hmm.
I will likely weld some parts to create a square to put two post instead of one where the verticals line up with the lower grill. In the center of the bottom mounts is described, likely a bolt up at the top. Pretty simple and easy. Might even sell some of them to make my MILLIONSSs bruhahahaa cough choke. hurmm. Sorry about that. Need to get my hands on it to figure it out some more. Likely next spring.

I've ordered the CF one from Bojix....but its taking forever to get to me. Originally they sent me the wrong one and sent someone else mine and they weren't able to get it back and now I'm waiting on them to make their next batch....its getting frustrating that's for sure.
