Sorry to burst any bubbles here but there is a certain amount of tire slippage at mid speeds and far more profound at higher speeds so your true numbers will be a bit less.
And, your tires will stretch a bit at higher revolutions compounding the accuracy of the speedo, logs, etc....a clock is the only way to get it right, GPS may get it close though.
I need to look up the indicated speed my car would make with 23" tires, 300WHP, 7,500 RMP cut off, small spliter, full length undertray, current ride height and front to rear rake.....wind tunnel work......OK not going to happen
I know the Vettes I had would go faster in 5th than 6th gear, something else to consider though they did have double overdrive gearing.
I bet with a little research there is a formula to be found that includes frontal area, drag, gearing, power, etc......
