Hey so I live pretty close to Cobb SoCal, I'm running stage 3 it's now and am looking to get a 91 and an e40 tune... Are the results that much better to justify the extra money of the protune? Thanks for the input

Cobb did my stage 3 protune for me. I don't think they are that great with the FiST platform IMO. Go with someone that deals with the FiST on a daily basis i.e. DHM

I appreciate the kind words. I currently only do protune for local, turbo or engine customers. Give Alex at stratified a ring. He will take care of you!

Adam from Tune+ also does great work. Highly recommended him.

Yea I think I'm gonna go with Adam. How does etuning work? I no u plug ur ap into a computer and send revisions back and forth but iv never even plugged min into a computer... Do I need to purchase the tuning software? Or do I just sort of catalog the save it as a file and send it?

Nope just send datalogs to adam like a regular email attachment and he'll be able to see how the cars running.

Just get in contact with him and he explain everything better than I could ever do. And I don't know your future plans but I bought the lifetime revisions for $250 because I might make changes in the future and that way when those changes are made I just send adam the new logs and he works his magic.

I'll be doing that in the spring when I install his wastegate I purchased over the winter.

Yep that's the one I'm gonna buy to. Dude I was thinking about the wastegate bc I saw his log 8-10whp gains but I posted on the st fb group I'm a part of that has like 400ppl and they jumped on it with all there sarcasm like ul gain 1000hp bro lol. They seemed to think its a complete waste and sometimes dangerous

etuning with data logs is ok. dyno tuning is the best as its super specific. so unless you have someone that knows this platform inside and out that will dyno tune locally, the other option is find a cobb tuner with a dyno, then get someone like adam to do remote tuning. with that they do remote desktop to the dyno. then generally call the dyno operator and they work together. its pricey. but you get what you pay for with dyno tuning.

etuning will always hold back a bit for extra safety.
