How are you liking the vogtland springs?
So far so good! I've ran the brand before on a BMW 325I I had back in college and loved them. They looked great and it rode better than stock. I recently had a set of Eibachs sportlines on my FR-S and was less then impressed with the ride quality so that being said I decided to go back to Vogtland. The ride height is exactly what I was looking for and like other reviews on here the ride quality feels improved as well.

Price could not be beat either. I bought them from an international seller on eBay direct from Germany to my door in three days all for $178 after the exchange rate to Euros. As info that was all handled by PayPal super easy just bought them like a regular item on eBay

Auction link for reference he has some listed under CAN money as well depending on how the currency market is you might find some cheaper.

You're using stock struts and shocks for the vogtland springs eh?
Yeah man no problems at all. They're designed like the Eibachs for use with the stock struts. There only 6k miles on them so I hate to just replace them when they're still perfectly good.

I also traded my frs for a fiesta lol absolutely zero regrets
I hear that! It's just so much better in every aspect. I wish I knew about the FiST when I was shopping for an FR-S. I wouldn't have wasted the money I did on that thing. I bolted on everything except for a turbo and it was still slow.... and totally unpractical

My thoughts exactly. I spent enough money on my frs to look back I wonder what the hell I was thinking. The fiesta comes with more power and more features right out of the gate. My frs handled like it was on rails. I went from an aggressive setup on my frs to the fiesta and the FiST definitely handles as good. Can't wait to throw some springs in it and see what it can do.

On another note, the frs community was just so god damn catty. They were always at each other's throats lol. Like come on guys, in the end it's still a sub $30k sports car lol.

I was a member on the ft86club forum and the local 86 Atlanta Facebook group I know EXACTLY what your talking about. You're nobody unless you put $3k with of gram lights or work wheels ext ext. And let's make fun of everyone that is trying to mod their car on a budget or something we wouldn't have done. The whole scene was so juvenile... I'm glad I'm not a part of it anymore.

It was a fun car but I think the FiST is even more fun solely due to all the added benefits and it's cheaper all the way around and so much more useful. My car insurance dropped by 2/3 I was floored complete surprise for a car that had more power than the FR-S.

You should have seen the flack I got when the local guys saw that I had made the swap. I was basically like see you at the finish line after you spend another $12kCAD to boost your frs lol. Its absolutely mental to spend $1000+ per wheel. Half these guys are boosting and throwing a wide body on their frs/BRZ solely for Instagram likes and status. I just want to meet up and talk cars, I don't want to see how much money you spent to make your erection look bigger. Lol
