Is something missing here?

So I recently made the switch to motul 300. When I went to drain the gearbox fluid this is what came out. YES, THAT IS ALL THAT CAME OUT OF THE TRANS.

I'm livid. I'm worried. Are my axle seals leaking? Is my recently replaced transmission leaking from a seal? Did the god damn dealer forget to put trans fluid in?

Strange thing was the car shifted fine for the 3,000 miles I put on since having the transmission replaced. I'm still on the fence about calling ford corporate because I don't want another dealer touching my car. So fast forward a day. I left cardboard under the car for 24+ hours. There are no signs of leaks. No drips, axel seals look ok. I'm lost. Until today. This is where my question comes in.

While doing my cyborg turbo install this catches my eye.

Is something missing? It appears there should be a hose or something connected to that nipple. Directly below that is the cold side charge pipe, which happens to have what appears to be an oil stain all over it. Does anybody have a diagram or a picture of what should be there or is this normal? To the lower left of that nipple there appears to be a missing bolt as well.

The nipple is normal. That is for bleeding the clutch slave cylinder.

I am going to bed in 5 minutes, so I can't tell you if there should be a bolt there or not.

The nipple is the bleed for the clutch slave cylinder, that's normal. No missing bolt either, in that hole there should be a plastic clip to secure the wiring loom you can see.
In regards to the quantity of oil drained, and it may sound obvious but are you sure you have removed the transmission drain plug?.

Yes sir. I've changed the trans fluid twice before so I know that area well. It also took the recommended amount of fluid when I filled it.

Thanks for your guys insight. I was worried the dealer didn't put everything back.
