Emissions Time: Fuel System Not Ready

So it's coming up on 2 years of ownership for me and my 2014 and I need to get my emissions done.

I am self-tuned and have enabled the MIL for cat efficiency (I have the Catted CP-E DP) and have no codes at all. I'm currently running e30 and have gotten all my I/M monitors to go ready except for Fuel System.

I was going to look up drive cycles but I read that Fuel System is a continuous monitor. I took this as meaning that it's been testing all along and for some reason (e30 ethanol maybe? stoich for e30 out of range of e10?) it's just not coming ready.

I want to avoid having to reflash a new tune (or OTS Stage 3) because I don't want to have to go through the drive cycle again.

Does anyone know if running e30 on a custom tune could cause the fuel system to not become ready?

An alternate issue could be that I haven't driven the car far enough or long enough since my last reflash. I guess I need to come up with some kind of road trip so I'm on the highway for more than 7 minutes...

Bump. Nobody has had to do emissions yet with their modded Fiestas?

While sort of unrelated...I know that some Ford flex fuel vehicles cannot pass if running >e10. Readiness monitors will
not set on certain flex fuel models. Readiness monitors are disabled for operation if greater than >E10 blends. The monitor will ignore all 11 readiness monitors in this case.

Also, this is under Canadian emissions standards and testing protocol. But...may lend food for thought about you trying to get the fuel system to show Ready. It is a continously monitored system as you said, but certain catalysts (IE wrong/different fuel) will cause them their readiness to be ignored, here in Canada anyway.

My 2 cents.

It turns out I'm not due to get my car tested until November so I guess I'm jumping the gun a bit. Whoops.

I'll put some highway miles on it and if/when the Fuel System I/M goes ready on e30 I'll update everyone.
