Don't matter what gas station I go to when I put gas it always leaves a small puddle of gas from the overflow hose. Always take it out when the pump clicks and it stil does it. Costco gas station guys no me as the puddle guy :/ anybody had this problem before?

No issues here. Make sure to fully insert the nossle in. pump and first click and stop. I would have yours looked at as that is a safety and EPA issue.

My 14 has this problem, it wouldn't matter which station, how fast/slow, or how deep/shallow the nozzle was in, it would spit out after the first click.

I took it in a while back (needed an oil change anyway), and had the dealer look at it. I don't know what the part number is, but they told me it's some tank purge valve that's acting up and causing it. I have my next appointment this Friday to have it replaced, so we'll see if it fixes it.

Got my car back from the dealer today, and it appears the problem is fixed. They told me to leave room in the tank so it was easier for them and so it wouldn't spit at me so I got it back with about half a tank. They put 5 bucks worth of gas in just to check for functionality. I filled it up at full speed, stopped on the first click and no fuel spit out at me.

The invoice doesn't list a PN for the purge valve, but they did replace the fuel feed tube as well, not sure how relevant that is or if it has to be done at the same time but they did give me the PN for that: D2BZ 9C047 E. The invoice also says they scanned the car and found code P0443. I never had a check engine light illuminate, so those of you that are having the same problem, scan the car and you'll probably find it in there.

parapraxis24 The P0443 is an evap code. Good that is was something the was fixed.
Yea I looked it up when I got home, I was just surprised that nothing on the dash was illuminated, even though the code was stored. Emissions issues usually give off some warning light, at least they did in my old VW
