Driver window not working after speaker install

I recently upgraded my front door speakers, which includes woofer, tweeter. and crossover. Every other window still works except the driver.
I checked everything I could think of. Fuses, all connectors and wires still good. Any chance the window regulator went out somehow? How could I check just that?

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
