I have a set of 15x8's TD's on order that should be arriving in about 3 weeks. In anticipation of them arriving, I'm offering my existing set of TD's for sale. Here's the details;

Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's 17x8 et48 offset, anthracite in color.

Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R's - 3k miles - no track time.

Ford TPMS sensors, shipping, mount and balance.

Total package cost new - ~ $2,000

The tires have the majority of the tread left. I'll post photos soon with actual depth. The wheels don't even have a scratch on them - they look like new. This is a great package for the track. The wheels being 17" will allow room if you are considering a big brake upgrade for the track.

These tires are great! Turn-in response and ultimate grip are fantastic. They grip well because they are as wide as some 225's. At the limit, they communicate very well with a gradual increase in slip angles until they benignly let loose, but are easily caught. They are so friendly. The tires are actually better suited for the track than daily driving. I found that they need to get heated to reach ultimate grip. But when pushed for a long time, they do not get overheated to where they would feel greasy. I've only used them for the road and primarily for one long, canyon driving road trip last summer. They have not been excessively heat cycled and are showing very little wear - they have a lot of track days left in them. I've read that they take a lot of heat cycles. I run -2.25 negative camber up front and that seems to be a good number for even wear if you're going to track the tires or run them really hard on the street.

As mentioned, the 17's are a good choice if you are at all thinking that you may want upgraded big brakes - big brakes will not fit smaller wheels. These are much lighter than the stock wheels but maintain the stock offset so there is no change in the suspension geometry's scrub radius. Some consider this important to maintain the factory designed suspension geometry for ultimate handling on the track. With this size of tire on my stock springs and Koni sports, there is no rubbing.

(Edit: I've lowered the price because of this wheel) Now for the minus - the left rear wheel has a slight runout misalignment - it has a really tiny wobble. I only noticed this when driving on brand-new, absolutely smooth asphalt. Any other time, it's imperceptible. Thus the price adjustment. Most likely, you will not feel the need to replace it. I would have no hesitation to use this on the track. If you do want to replace it, I have a really good replacement price that's available to you.

I just put them back on the car yesterday after having the stock rims on during the winter. I forgot how much I like them. So now, the dilemma is, do I leave them on the car until my 15's come in 3 weeks from now or sell them if someone wants them?

Does anyone want them? Local in Western Washington is preferred but will ship plus shipping cost.

New price - $700 was $800, was $900 plus UPS shipping from Redmond, WA.

$264 via UPS ground to 85225. Anyone can go to the UPS shipping calculator to see the cost from Redmond, WA for 4, 43 lb packages.

Nice wheels, and a little help for your shipping, try https://www.shipnex.com/ They basically resell excess capacity for UPS and FedEx, and cost a lot less. I have used them to ship wheels, paid half as much as UPS directly, yet still had actual UPS labels and dropped off at my local UPS store to send them out.

Thanks for the link. Using shipnex, it's $140.04 to 85225 for 4, 43 lbs packages sized 23x23x9

edit: I just looked up the correct dimensions - they are 24x24x9, 41 lbs = $132.27

Definitely following this - waiting on a refund check for GAP, between these and another set, but definitely think these look great.

So if these are still around when that check comes in the mail - might be interested!

I jacked up the car today to see how bad that run-out was on the left rear. It's a radial run-out of about 1/4" spread over a 4" area of the inner rim. There is no lateral run-out and the outer rim is unaffected. It looks completely repairable, but to further assure anyone who might be interested in the wheels, I'll knock another $100 off the package. Wheel straightening in my area runs about $100 flat rate and this is an easy job for them. I't could likely be less in your area. A replacement is available through my local Discount Tire retailer for $185.

Here's a short video clip of the bend on the left rear. I called a wheel repair shop. They said it's an easy fix without heat using their hydraulic machinery for $100

Yes, My local Discount Tire dealer sold me the 2 right wheels for $185 each last September. I have about 100 miles on them. I can provide the buyer a copy of the receipt for your local dealer to match.

I won't know for sure until next paycheck so if anyone else snags them, so be it. But I'm definitely interested. What is the fitment like? Any rubbing issues?

At full lock, say when parking, a tire will sometimes barely touch the fender liner. Otherwise, they don't rub at all even with my negative 2.25 degrees of camber. I think they'll look nice with your gray paint.

Bump for a really sticky set of tires and wheels. I'm taking them off the car today but had to do one final instrumented run on the off-ramps. At street pressure, 36 psi cold vs optimal pressure of 32 hot, I pulled 1.01 g's. This compares to 0.92 g for the stock car. At optimal pressure, I'm sure it's 1.05+ g's. This is a great package if you're shopping for track wheels.

TTT for a nice set of wheels and tires. If I don't get an offer at this price, I think I'll get the one wheel fixed and start over at a much higher price with a guarantee that they are all true to factory spec. I'm curious what people would like me to do - fix it or replace it at a higher price, or continue to offer it as is at this lower price. Feedback is welcome.
