4x100 conv, speedo stuck zero

Just converted to 4x100 to fit some buddy club's i had along with some BC coils. but now the speedo is stuck at zero and the traction control and ABS light are on. all of the speed sensors are hooked up, does it have something to do with changing to non stock tires? im lost

Your ABS sensor is damaged or misaligned or unhooked.

The ABS speed sensors pick up the signal from the actual wheel bearing its self, at least on the front hubs anyway. I know the front wheel bearings need to be installed the correct way around. I assume you pressed the hubs out of the spindles to redrill them. Sounds like one bearing is the wrong way round or you have damage the bearing.

I agree, sensor or bearing not right, sorry to hear it but you will sort it out.
