Interior Panel Removal?

Has anyone removed the panel below the steering wheel yet? I need to remove it to fish some cables for a gauge. I've read that there are 6 "tight" clips. I've found 2 (on the top of the panel) but I'm not sure where to pull to find the other 4 and really don't want to tweak the panel.
