Looking for someone to make an inlay for doorsill graphic. Anyone know who could help?

I am looking to change the stock red color inlay on the ST Doorsill graphic to a different color. I looked around and I haven't seen anyone offering it.

I want to change the red color to black.

Anyone here have a source for someone who does custom gel/vinyl inlays?
