Hello guys. I'm new here. I have questions about multimedia Fiesta. I'm thinking to do a upgrade in my Fiesta.

And i would like change. I'm trying to buy the Sony version, see picture:
But some friends tell me that my system of my car doesn't have a bluetooth module fitted. I would have to replace my whole ICE.
Someone have a upgrade like that? I need to know, cause the Sony multimedia with connectivity and DAB cost 322$$,
