    Unhappy Good Bye Fiesta...

So I recently totaled my 2014 Envy Green FiST . I was stupidly racing a riced Honda which was actually tastefully modified but still had a massive fart cannon on the back which he was flaunting around driving behind me. Anyway we started to pick up some speed and coming up to a right then left bend on the road. We both slid around the first turn nice and easy then coming around the second turn he clipped my rear passenger corner causing me to spin out of control and slam into a wall at about 50mph although him clipping me slowed him down and he regained control and took off onto the freeway leaving me with a smoking wreckage of what was once my favorite car... Unfortunately I was only covered under liability for my insurance and so I am left with all the expenses to fix the car, which will most likely be around 8-11k. Probably going to just part out for cash and try to pay off as much of the car loan as I can. Here's a little photo reel of my FiST.

Parked next to another another grey FiST

And now here's a bunch of photos from the crash :/

Hood is pushed about a good inch back

Some random cable or wire that broke off of something else

Sad to see this happen....best of luck man. This is why I always have full coverage and gap coverage on my vehicles. Wierd shit happens. That's why it's better to have full coverage....

Ouch... It's unfortunate to see another Fiesta go. So, this Honda...was it a red EG6 or yellow EK9?

That's unfortunate. In my state it is required to have FULL coverage if you have a loan on the vehicle.

Seems to be a lot of FiSTs in CA, hopefully you can part it out pretty fast and get it paid down/off. Good luck!

As much as this sucks it's hard to feel bad when you've made the poor decision to race on public roads.

Agreed. No excuse for street racing. It says you live in LA. Literally a news story weekly of people killing themselves or innocent bystanders street racing. Hope this is a reality check for you. Albeit an expensive one.

New car without collision insurance? Ouch.

I would be absolutely pissed if this happened to me.

I do have collision and GAP insurance, pretty much a requirement for financing a car. You said you had a loan? It didn't require full coverage insurance? Is that a California thing? I thought it was a universal requirement in every state.

When you sign a finance contract in California there's a section you sign to provide full coverage insurance
