Alarming noise from Intake mouth

Hey guys, there is a space-ship noise coming from the mouth of my intake. Everything is stock except for a Mountune panel filter.
Can you help me identify the issue? My buddy from modbargains, and some FiST FB guys say it's a DV issue, while Ford says it's the ENTIRE turbo.

3 bolts hold the diverter valve on . Easy check.

If it's anything like the R2D2 noises I had coming from my car one day, it was because I had forgotten to plug the wire harness back into the bypass valve. Perhaps your's was knocked loose? It is down by the passenger side wheel, so it's possible some debris may have been thrown up into it.
