PATS reset?

Well I replaced my instrument cluster with a new unit programmed from Ford with my VIN and mileage. I complete the install and now my car won't start. The key fobs appear to be unmarried to the car. Do not want to tow car to dealership. Please advise. Delership confirmed a direct plug and play with zero issues. Ill be calling the online Ford Parts Super Center tomorrow.

There is an immobilizer and it would need to be programmed with the keys. Not sure if it is in the cluster or not. Are the fobs locking/unlocking the doors?

Key fobs are not locking/unlocking the door with the new cluster.

Re-installed old cluster and everything is fine. I made an appointment with the dealership to program/marry the cluster/key fobs.
