Running E20 on 93 tune?

Just curious what kind of long term fuel trims one would expect if you run ~E20 blend on a 93 tune. I know Stratified said a gallon or two of E85 to a full tank of 93 otherwise wouldnt hurt anything but we need a custom tune to get to E30 blends safely.
