Not really for what you're getting. Just look at the price of aftermarket recaros for the car that then won't have airbags or match the back seats.

Right, but if you go that route you get to keep your stock seats.

I'll pay the cash if you come to Orlando FL and do the swap for me.

FWIW you have the only seats at any price anywhere in the country right now, but yeah, I don't want them "drive to California and pay $1500" bad.

Does your set have the heated seat option? Curious if the wiring is plug & play(swithes, wiring, etc...). Pls lmk.

It does. I have a 2014 1.0L with cloth heated seats up front. Rears are obviously unheated.

All Recaro's are heated. However, if your FiST is a non-Recaro car the wiring harnesses are different. You cannot just add the switch and have heated seats.

It isn't a FiST. It's an EcoBoost.

I just found some FoST seats for $750 though, so I'm out. GLWS.

Well, my FiST was a non-Recaro version & just added the Recaro. Just curious how different the harness is & how difficult it would be to convert. Anyone?

I don't know that anyone has done it. There is a link to the wiring diagram floating around somewhere though.

It has been done. Seems straightforward if your car had heated seats from the factory.

Adding in heated seats should be trivial for a basic on/off solution, using OEM stuff is going to involve a lot of fucking around with Forscan.
