I can't seem to find it during a search. Can I get exact dimensions of our intercooler?

Overall length, length from the center of inlet to outlet, overall height and thickness.

Yeah I found that list, but I'm trying to find a more universal or different car intercooler. The volvo s40 is a very close fit.....I think until I can get some more exact dimensions.

that's the core size. I'm looking for the overall size with the end tanks included.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00ST...ntercooler&dpPl=1&dpID=51o6+E4j81L&ref=plSrch

I'd almost say that this is pretty close to being a direct bolt on. The core is essentially the same size as the J-line but with 90 degree end tanks and what looks like mounting brackets about where the stock set should be.

The biggest problems I see is either the height at 7.75" and the 2.75" diameter

It won't fit. Comparing measurements won't tell you the whole story. But feel free to try it out in case I'm wrong.

For example, our end tanks aren't 90*. It's more like 110*. The inlet/outlet are also centered on core. Good luck with accessing them. Half of this unit will probably have to stick out underneath the car once you do get the piping matted up without kinks.

What are the max dimensions of an intercooler for the '14 ST? I was looking at this one. It says it's "universal fit", but I don't buy that:

It seems like it would be too tall and deep: almost 12" in height, and 3" deep.

I have purchased the hot/cold side pipes from depotracing. Do I need all the extras (i.e. 2.5in 90* Coupler, T-Bolt Clamps, Direct Fit Brackets, Aluminum 2.5in Joiners) with the purchase of an intercooler?

From my finagling and measuring and dicking about, I decided for myself that absolute max height is 11" which may still touch or require losing the lower cowl of the bumper. So 10" clean and no more than 2.75" thick. 3" is no go. 2.5" is clean through, 2.75" MAY touch where the crash bar curves. Obviously this goes behind the crash bar.
