Well... I'm glad someone is playing attention, because I was about to stop posting in it because it doesn't seem like anyone is interested. Which I understand if their not. THIS turbo setup may not be for sale. But this thread could be extremely relevant in the future ;)

I like what you are doing, very interested to see the results. At one stage I was thinking of running a wrx IHI turbo-all too hard in the end and costly.

Thanx guys !!
I don't mind filling updates, but if no one was listening, I was gonna stop, lol.

Anyway, might not have an real good progress until Monday evening.
Waiting on the Tial Q BOV now. And I need to heat wrap everything and assemble everything for the final time, if I have time :)

Then we almost failed you. It's easy to feel discouraged when it seems no one cares. Well, a few of us do, so keep on with the keep on.

Did the finally assembly of all the turbo, adaptor, and turbine today. Heat wrapped all 3 too and of course I'm doing a turbo blanket as well.

Installed the clamps on the oil return hose/fittings.

I have all the babies this weekend, so if I post anything tomorrow, it won't be very exciting.

This is the recirculating return to the inlet :)

And this is how I had to screw it up to fit :(

Inlet

When your cold pipe looks like this from your oil filter.

You take a pipe that looks like this...

And do this to it.

Tial Q

Hole

BOV flange

When you like to make oil changes more interesting !!

Inlet on the turbo facing front to receive from the cold pipe.

Oil feed check
Oil return check
Water lines in/out check
DP adaptor check
Heat wrap check
Turbo blanket
Inlet welding
Cold pipe welding
Vacuum lines
Wrap and install Downpipe
