I believe that Mountune's downpipes don't have warranty's because well its a downpipe and they couldn't get it to be "factory approved" or pass emissions in California.

Actually Mountune parts have their own warranty. The CBE and the turbo back have limited lifetime. But they register to the VIN of the car, hence my question.

Just went to their site and you are correct. Says limited lifetime warranty

No I did not register the warranty. I used this cat for testing and was never planing to keep it on the car.
Now we are using a Full-Race down pipe.
