Sorry for putting up porn but I had to....dem welds
Beautiful!

Now quit wanking and get this thing on your car and carboned up so you can post some sounds clips! So far I haven't heard a good external under-load sound clip.

Also, are you planning on getting a custom tune to clear the Check Engine light the DP is going to throw?

Haha, it's been on the car for awhile now, just been crazy busy with work (at work at 5am home around 9pm) anywhere from 5 - 7 days a week lol. Trying to get a nice day to take some clips. And my CEL has gone out since I loaded the stage 3 tune, driven around 200km and nothing yet

Aha! Must be a "feature" of the stage 3 tune to disable the catalyst CEL.

I had not thought of that, but it makes sense due it being for a "turbo back exhaust" car :)

So it seems if we don't want the CEL with a downpipe we either need to also install an intake and intercooler or we need to shell out $150 for a custom tune.

Drat.

I questioned cobbs choice to do the intercooler before the downpipe for a long time... Honestly.... I'd much rather have the intercooler first. And I've had my TBE for a good while... Not the only time they proved me wrong (stage3 ups the boost and controls it very well, when I questioned if they could or knew how. True is... My car is faster with less boost. ). I PM'd them admitting I was wrong, lol .

Down pipe replacement on a 2014 Fiesta ST =PITA!!! SOOO, I replaced my stock downpipe with the 2JR catless downpipe. The heat shield was a pain, because the up stream O2 sensor would not loosen...and when I finally cam loose, it was bent and is not warming up now. So I am waiting for an O2 sensor from Ford. Also, one of the bolts that connected the flange to the turbo was stripped from factory. I did get it back together and everything seems connected fine. The air fuel is locked at 14.70 and the o2 bank 1 not warming up cel is on. I won't be driving it until I get my new sensor:-(

I'd install one for $150 if someone brought it to me :)
That flange bolt is a M8x1.25 metric. In case you want to buy a tap to fix it next time its apart, mine stripped as well when I ported the turbo. And my stock catback bolts stripped the threads as well !! With only like 2500 miles on the car.

Yeah, when I upgrade the turbo in the future, it will be fixed, lol. No leaks at this time.

$150 is a bargain. I would pay you that after today
