Hello Everyone,

My name is Rob and I just got myself a Molten Orange FiST about a week ago - I love it! Sure beats the hell out of the '91 Toyota Camry wagon I've been driving these last few years. I run a company called Tapeworks Graphics near Raleigh, NC and I was looking for a car that was more presentable than the 'Yota; I think highly of quality products made in my dear country, so I ended up looking into the recent-model Ford cars; the ST looks so damn cool in the orange and it's quick to boot, so it quickly became my first choice for a new car.

Tapeworks has worked primarily in the field of motorcycle decals for the last twenty-odd years, but we're trying to branch out into the car market (it's difficult with folks on ebay selling things for what we pay for our vinyl), and I designed some stripes for my Fiesta. We all think it looks fantastic on this little car, and some are convinced it makes it go faster.

I'm not sure if I'm going to do anything to the engine just yet, but it sure would be great with another 50 horsepower...

- Rob

P.S. - This one photo was all I could add with the ~700kb file space. Do I get more space after a certain amount of time or will I just have to host images elsewhere?

Your eyes aren't deceiving you. They're the same wheels that came on the car - I wrapped them in the same vinyl that I used for the racing stripes; it's an amazingly stretchy material. All it took was a heat gun, patience, and about an hour per wheel.

Welcome aboard too. I just checked out your site. Great work! Wheel-stripe tool looks like an easy way to go. Did you use it on the ST rims or just do those by hand?

I did use the tool on the ST wheels, although it's a bit more labor intensive on a car than on a bike because you have to jack the car up off the ground. But even so, it's a whole lot easier and more consistent than doing it by hand. We have some pictures of the install lying around if you want to see them.
