Particles In Windshield?

So I picked up my FiST on Friday last week, and immediately had a problem. The driver side sun visor is warped, and the mirror fell out. This happened on the test drive and they tried to fix it by just putting it back in before I picked up the car. After I picked it up I got about a mile down the road before I needed to use it and the mirror popped out again. Immediately when I went back I was taken in and told that the person who does the interior warranty stuff was on vacation and to come back on Monday. I took it back yesterday, got the service manager who didn't even suggest seeing the guy, they just ordered me the new part and I was on my way. I'm not mad about this because I knew there would be teething problems with a new car that had been on the lot this long, and Tuttle Click Ford was super helpful, but now I have a bigger problem.

Whenever I drive in the sun it looks like there are thousands of tiny scratches on my window. Its been like this since I picked it up but I didn't really think it was too bad until today when it was really sunny on my morning commute. I couldn't see out my window basically, and when the sun wasn't directly shining on my windshield it looked dirty. I've only cleaned the windows with a microfiber cloth, being more anal than anyone has the right to be. Its hard to take a picture of it, but I got a few and they are below. Basically what I'm asking is; is this normal? Will my dealership fix it? Or do I need to go get it professional detailed? And I do have to go the route of the professional retailer shouldn't my dealership be responsible? Its brand new, and I've only put about 350 miles on it, so it does have a, Bumper. To. Bumper. Warranty.

Here as an Imgur album as I want to upload them in high quality. Ill upload them again in a separate comment.

The first picture the particles, anomalies whatever they are, is very noticeable by the sun. The second picture is kinda the dull dirty look the car gets when its not in direct sunlight. The last picture is the best as that's where you can really see how bad it is.

Can you FEEL it? the most common "best" way to get rid of contaminates on a windscreen is to use old newspaper to buff it off. You may also be able to make use of "glass clay", but before you try any of this, talk with the dealer.

I can't feel a thing, I'm gonna have to take it back to get the visor replaced so I would prefer to wait to take the drive back until then. But I'd rather be able to see than save myself a drive.
