Hey Guys,

We wanted to post a thread introducing ourselves to the Fiesta community for a couple reasons. First, we have some very exciting news: Our newest development car has arrived, a Ford Fiesta ST, in orange, of course! Our headquarters was abuzz the day it arrived, and we had quite a few volunteers as test drivers. We hope you?re as excited as we are about our new addition!

Second, for those of you who know our brand, you may also know that we started our company producing a single line of products, mainly for sport compact vehicles. We are still doing what we do best ? being the leader in performance automotive cooling products. We have expanded to offer a wider variety of aftermarket parts, including:

? Performance Aluminum Radiators
? Performance Intercoolers
? Intercooler Piping Kits
? Air Intake Kits
? Exhaust Components (Cat-back, downpipes, etc.)
? Oil & Transmission Coolers (Including direct fit kits)
? Oil Catch Cans (Including direct fit kits)
? Silicone Hose Kits
? Aluminum fan shrouds
? Silicone Couplers
? Clamps
? Universal Electric Fans
? Thermostats
? Various Accessories (Shift knobs, engine bay dress up, etc.)

Just to name a few!

Not only have we expanded our product lineup, but we have also been experimenting with many new vehicles of all types, from diesel trucks to German performance vehicles to classic American muscle. We?ve got some exciting innovations coming, so stay tuned to our blog for the latest news.

We are often asked what makes Mishimoto different, and our response is always the same: We are dedicated to making quality products for enthusiasts, by enthusiasts, and it?s true! Not often does a group of designers, engineers, and support staff who also happen be car enthusiasts get the chance to create products that we ourselves enjoy. Mishimoto stands out because we post a huge amount of detail and information regarding our R&D process for you guys to devour. We want you to see what goes into our products from the time they are conceived all the way to our rigorous testing process of our finished products. We make it possible for you to follow the process so you can make an informed decision that you can feel good about; after all, you will be the ones using and running our products every day.

We want to hear from you!
We have a product development plan in place, but we?d love to hear any suggestions and comments about products that we should be developing for the Fiesta ST! We will keep you updated throughout the entire development process, from prototypes and fitment to in-house and on-road testing of the various products we will design for our awesome development vehicle. Here are a few teaser shots in the meantime ?

Stay Tuned!
-Sara

Looking forward to having your products available for the FiST! [loveboost]

Guess we should start a list of the obvious missing plug-and-play parts:

1. Radiator
2. Catch can (which it looks like you're already working on)
3. Oil cooler
4. Brake ducts

I adapted your baffled OCC and drain kit. Not cheap, but great quality.

Radiator development before other parts.
Thanks for the interest guys, I'm happy to report that we do have a radiator in the works which we will be posting content for shortly, I guess great minds think alike! [cheers]
I will make sure to link it here so you can check it out!

That looks great! Did you find that it is capturing quite a bit of contaminant? It always makes us happy to hear that customers are enjoying our products, also be on the lookout for more to come.

Welcome! I am a big fan of your quality parts :)

Can't wait to see what you have planned for the fiesta st

Radiator is the first thing that comes to mind, along with a catch can. Engine dress up (oil cap, radiator cap, etc.)
There are already so many options for intercoolers which is why I say radiator first.

Well, it's a BIG OCC, so I'll just be draining with oil changes. My prior experience with a PCV OCC is that is does collect oil. With this size can, draining at oil change time should be fine. That'll be twice per season, once in the spring in prep for track days and once late fall for wintering over. I think that if I were to do this again, I'd go for the mini version with the in and out ports on the side, plus the drain assembly. This is a tight fit with the AC plumbing behind and ABS pump below. Doable, but tight.
