bought my new 2019 Magnetic FiST (no sunroof, no recaros) for $18,900 out the door in central FL (June 2019). I prefer to buy used but all the used ones i found were trashed or overpriced

really loving this car, ive been driving a 2004 2.4l Camry for 5 years. reliable but BORING. the Fiesta has pretty awful road noise, and you feel every bump in the road, but its fine. every time i get to third gear i cant stop grinning.

I plan to keep it for 5-6 years and maybe upgrade turbo, we’ll see.

mod plan:
- shift knob + extension
- cp-e RMM
- short shifter + bushings
- Thermal cat-back with Summit Racing Black Tip
- Whoosh Symposer delete
- Mishimoto intake or cp-e intake
- Pierce Street or Track kit (2 or 4 point brace, strut tower bar, rear torsion bar)
- Pierce trunk brace
- H&R Sport Springs or coilovers?

non-performance
- led white bulbs (map, dome, trunk, rear plate, front and rear sidemarkers)
- Tint ( installed June '19)
- Ford OEM ST all weather floor mats + cargo mat
- Gorilla black lugs (installed June '19)
- Rallyarmor mud flaps
- 1.25” hitch (for bike rack)
- roof rack (for kayak)
- underseat subwoofer (Alpine PWE-S8 or Kenwood KSC-SW11)

after bumper to bumper warranty
- Whoosh V3 intercooler
- Whoosh intercooler pipe kit
- Whoosh catted downpipe
- Cobb AP

wear upgrades when they need replacing
- better tires 215/40/17 stickier
- upgrade brake pads/rotors
- better clutch + LSD if tranny ever needs work

someday maybe
- Whoosh Hybrid Turbo

Tint is scheduled, absolute MUST in FL. shift knob and extension is on the way. ordering RMM soon too. thought i could wait a few months for that but the stock mount is noticeably bad.

Love the Flag 🇺🇸 and what is the UV rating on the tint? I need to block global warming 🥵

Got my headlight “eyelids”, taillight “redouts” and rear reflectors tinted today, as well as getting my cpe RMM installed.

The “eyelids” work well to hide the big spot of amber color, they still reflect in direct light and you can still see the stock lightbulb shining through, though i am going to install brighter amber leds. The rear side markers still reflect as well and dont even have bulbs in them, the taillights were just a small red tint to remove the clear outline around the brake portion giving the whole thing a more uniform color...

The RMM is such a huge improvement, i knew it had to be done asap

Got my Thermal exhaust installed, tried to do it with jack and jackstands, ended up taking it to a shop and having it done.

also installed a hitch, and Whoosh sound symposer delete.

Get ready to say “WTF is that noise”! When it happens just cruise into any shop and have them tighten up the exhaust. I did and they tightened it up and gave me my keys and said
“Have a nice day”! No charge

its crazy that i could barely even hear it until i deleted the symposer, sounds good now. hopefully intake and downpipe make it a bit louder.

unfortunately the “lock” functionality doesnt work on the drivers door handle, the keyfob i have to press lock 20-30 times to get the car to lock, and offen when getting into the car i have to press the start engine button 4-5 times before it starts. so taking the car in for warranty repair.

on the plus side my subwoofer assembly came in and i can start working on that after the warranty work. Im getting rid of the full size spare and im going to purchase the lightweight spare for both weight savings and to get the extra height i need for the sub. im going to build a cradle of sorts to hold the subwoofer suspended over the spare wheel well
