I have the 10mm spacers on my car as well. everything is direct replacement, no grinding necessary. UNLESS you have a big brake kit on the front, which you will have to bevel the hub for the spacer to go back enough to fit the thinner aluminum rotor hats. If you have a big brake kit do this before you install the new studs, unfortunately for me I didn't know so i had to grind the hub with the new studs installed.
