I have heard of people using D2BZ-9C047-E in the 2016 even though the books say it's F2BZ-9C047-C. Is there a reason for this? I just want the better engineered part, which I would assume is the F2BZ-9C047-C(newer)?

If you want to have an aftermarket intake on a 2016+ without a code popping, you need the D2BZ-9C047-E. Aftermarket alternatives exist but with the oem part, you are sure it'll work right.

Most Auto manufacturers end with an A or AA to start and as quality management takes over to supercede the old part the number then Changes to B or AB usually.

Edit: Nevermind I figured it out it's the one you suggested lol.

So I'm looking for this part however I guess I'm confused because he posted the numbers above but one of them doesn't exist. I searched for the F2BZ-9C047-E and it doesn't exist. However the F2BZ-9C047-C does as well as the D2BZ-9C047-E. I just want to clarify that the D2BZ-9C047-E is the part I need to make my 2017 not throw a CEL.

I accidentally bought D2BZ-9C047-E with no current aftermarket intake (I preordered a 2JR cowl intake that should be received by July sometime) am I able to run this line still in any way or do I have to wait? Thanks
