I love your fiesta! Great looking car. I seen that you said you run a 5 point harness and planted seat brackets, I was wondering how you like the brackets and what you attached your harness to because I can’t find any on the internet.
Planted was the only one I could find for the car. It’s well designed. It takes some patience mounting the seat due to trial and error with fitment. I tried using a slider but it sat too high. Without the slider it sat too low so I added aluminum spacers made out of some bar stock I had sitting around. It’s been solid since. I think I posted pics somewhere in this build thread of how I have the anchor points mounted.

No false crash detection today and I ran the same turn faster than I ever have over and over again until my tires were dead. I switched to a Stratifiedauto e30 tune from the previous Tune+ e30 tune because the car seems to run smoother. I have no idea if that had anything to do with it but my guess is it didn’t. I’m anxious to see how Tunewerks compares.

Here’s a booty shot:

I’m finished fitting the 235/40/17. They clear everything now but it took more effort than I expected. I have no clue how anyone runs 245/40/17 without lifting the car as well as adding flares. The height is the issue. I cut a lot of metal out. Here’s a couple of pics. The black vinyl is temporary. I’ll have it painted after I’m sure it doesn’t have issues at the track this weekend. It no longer rubs on shitty Atlanta roads so I’m confident it won’t have issues on track.
Yep - my FiST is as high as I can get it on the MeisterR's and it was still a bear to get to clear sufficiently I don't fear cutting up my PS4S's.

Cutting that front corner mount and pulling the fender out from under the headlight was the key for the fronts.

Car is looking good - love it, as usual!

Glad to see you’re still here! Hope all’s well in your camp.

So that rear wing you have on it is giving you better traction?

It helps stabilize the car and provide grip at speeds over 100mph. It’s also effective at eliminating the tank slapping that happens under heavy braking from +130mph to 60mph. Gotta have a chassis splitter too though and balancing the two (along with suspension) takes trial and error. It’s good fun though! I’m actually changing the airfoil this winter to something that’ll work better in the 80-100mph range as well as high speeds.

That's awesome! I always wondered if the ones we can buy really made a difference. I'm considering getting one as well since the look really cool as well. Would it be adjustable enough to help with regular highway speeds? Would be cool to have the option it working @75 MPH while driving in the city with an adjustment.

Nah it’ll just KILL your fuel economy. The only purpose it’ll serve is cosmetic.

There’s a few cool options for street though. I like this one that popped up recently: https://acepstyling.com/products/ac...wing-extension-fits-14-19-ford-fiesta-st.html

And this one: https://whoosh-motorsports.myshopif...rtec-motorsport-rear-wing-2014-2019-fiesta-st

The Airtec is really expensive though. You can buy a similar wing made by Matt Coates (@mgc.modifications on IG) for less I’m sure. $900 for a street wing doesn’t make since to me but others may be inclined.

teah the Airtec one is nice. I’d grab it over the other one. I want it to be at least somewhat functional over just looks. It’s a bit pricey but I bet it’s solid.

Well.. Dern. It still thinks it crashes at the same sequence of turns at Barber. Guess I need to start looking into to some of these codes lol
