MODS - Please feel free to delete post, if this is not allowed.
All driving should be done either on closed course or in a very safe environment. Use at your own risk!

I didn't see a thread for this yet, so thought I would create one.
I've been doing a lot of 60 ft. prep runs, getting ready for my next track day and thought this would be a cool idea.
I think we should probably list vehicle mods in the post, and whether it was performed on the track or in the street.
As we collect more data, we could even break it down into "Best 60 ft., Best 1/8 mile, Best 1/4 mile," etc.

Thoughts?

EDIT:

This is a cool idea. I'm more interested in 30-90 times or something like that, I don't launch my car. I also don't have a Draggy yet but maybe I'll pick one up.

I'll start things off, but don't judge! LOL.
I literally just got into racing, as they finally opened a temporary track at an abandoned local airstrip. It's only 1/8 mile for now, so that is what I have been working on.

Relevant mods:
TT S280 turbo on E40
M Factory LSD
15" Toyo Proxes R888R
Street pull

This is a great idea. I just got a draggy my self. I've not messed with it much but I did manage a 15.07 60-130 run. I need to practice some quarter mile stuff.

@Jason@dizzytuning what do you think would be a good speed interval to measure? My coolant temps don't much like a 60-130 pull and it's hard to find a road that is flat for half a mile LOL. 40-110? 50-120? Trying to find something that would only require one shift.

Id suggest going out into the Sticks/Farm land and find some Corn fields with asphalt roads. I have found good luck out amongst the Corn for doing data logs. Another plus side...virtually no cops or sheriffs...4th gear data logs can be done! [driving]

Yes, I've played that game before too haha. Dragy devices are pretty sensitive to slopes and dips, more than + or - 1% and it invalidates the run.

I know this isnā€™t a dragy log but this app seemed to be pretty good at tracking time and stopped right when I did. I think the mph is off by 2-3 but otherwise it was accurate for me. If the info isnā€™t needed however you may delete it.

Anyway mods were s280, injectors, 93 Oct, fbo with whoosh v3 intercooler, and a good bit of weight out the car not fully stripped however. Tis is me daily.

Charge temps was 84, about ambient, reached 99.1 by the end the pull. Road was flat as well.

I did the pull from 3rd gear from little less than 40, so the time is when the turbo is already spooled up.

Up to you, and really depends what you have the car set up for.

I use to always be a highway/rolling racer cause, well....fwd. but since they opened a temporary 1/8 mile track nearby, and have been working on that and my 60ft times.

Here at the coast in Cape Town South Africa on stage 2 mods and software from revo + WMI my mate hit a 13.5 on performance map b (99 octane).

With my stage 3 map and mods Iā€™m hoping for a 12.xx run on the drag strip on Goodyear eagle F1s Assym 6s without WMI. With WMI and slicks maybe a 12.5 or lower? On track^

Are the above runs not at the coast? Seem quite high for BT and hybrid setups. Albeit track vs street is very different.

These are runs from 60-130mph not 1/4 mile runs (except the one that I posted above, and the 1/8th mile run that Jason posted.)

Better results today, dipped into the mid 13s on a 60-130 pull (about a 1.5-1.6 second improvement) and drppped a couple tenths on a quarter mile run. Still stock fuel system, 91 octane, s280 turbo. Stock size Falken rt615k tires.

i couldn't hook on those tires for nothing. By best ET was a 13.40 @ 115

Hoping to get some more test runs in this week, then hitting the track Saturday. I've made a ton of changes to the car so hoping for a nice improvement than my last time out.

changes made:
225/45-15 Toyo r888r tires
15x7.5 Rota slipstreams
tb traction bar
Dna subframe stiffening brace
Wot box fixed (was on wrong clutch switch wire)
Alternate rpm (burnout) switch added to wot box
New shift cables
Added more port holes in front bumper
Some tweaks to the tune
