Noon Question about Accessport Bundle with Dizzy

So the serial number he programmed into the car starts with FOR0100. Is this correct? Shouldn’t it be FOR001 number?

Also the accessport he gave me was AP3-APA-001. Is this a blank accessport?

I have his tunes that he emailed to me. Is it simple as downloading his email tubes to the computer, uploading them to the accessport and then flash the ecu?
Will this accessport work for my fiesta st?
