Reviving this thread because I recently took my own road trip with the Fiesta ST and was curious if anyone has tips for managing the rough roads. I've always been curious about car reliability for long trips. How's your Fiesta ST holding up with all the travel? Also wondering, any issues with rock chipping on the roads?

Yes on the rock chips. No worries about reliability.
Not sure what you mean by rough roads. Stock setup handles them fine.
If the high spring-rate suspension resonates with a particular stretch of roadway, simply change your speed to go faster or slower.
Low vehicles (like this one) may not do well with off-road. (bumper will scrape/hit)

Look into PPF (paint protective film) if you're worried about rock chips. 3M makes some good stuff. Over time it will dull and even new, will hide the flake in your paint job.
