No fluid to passenger rear caliper when pressure bleeding brakes

So I had to replace the clutch master cylinder on my 2018 ST and since I had to flush the clutch line using a Motive pressure bleeder, I thought I might as well do the brakes also. With the pressure bleeder connected and at 15 psi, I can open the bleed valve on the passenger rear caliper, and only a couple drops came out VERY slowly, then it stopped and nothing more came out. The other three calipers bled fine. I tried bleeding with the e-brake on and off, I tried pumping the pedal and pressing on it really hard, tried with the car running and off, but still really nothing from the passenger rear. I read this might be related to the ABS or something?
