Yes, if you go to the COBB website, this intake is listed for all ST’s, 2014-2019, And no, I do not have the CARB sticker, sorrry. Thanks for your input, Dave.

Unfortunately as I live in Cali I'll need the CARB sticker to pass smog (and dissuade any overzealous State Police from trying to state ref me in the event I'm pulled over)

you are really overthinking this and freaking out. I have lived in SoCal for years owned my first FIST for 6 years and I did not get the COBB intske and sticker till the las 2 years of ownership . In that time I had already been running a S280 turbo among other mods. Unless you are trying to do sideshows you are most likely not even looked at.
Sorry though FiSTs are great outside of enthusiasts no one knows the cute little economy car you are driving is actually a angry pokémon.
P.S. state police where the F do you live? bumfuck nowhere. I have never seen state police . Quite being over dramatic.

Asking for a CARB sticker is considered being dramatic these days? That's wild. CARB likes to do roadblocks to check emmisions. In fact they were recently in town: Link
Literally recently spotted. The police will pull over anyone who says "no" to these checks and often time state refs them. Sorry I'm trying to be proactive and not give the police any reason to be annoying.

PS: State Police or Highway Patrol or whatever. My jurisdiction is under a Sheriffs office so State Police is an adequate term for my local law enforcement.

My comments to your comments had nothing to do with asking for for a carb sticker . It had everything to do with your fear based terminology .
CARB does not do that many rolling road checks . In fact the percentage is quit low .
Highway Patrol is Highway Patrol not state police and there are marked differences . Again you exaggerate out of fear..
If you know there is a rolling smog check in a certain area don ‘t drive there . That’s being proactive .
Look I get wanting the sticker I have one on mine. Though the rest of your post is more fear than reality . I get the sticker gives you peace of mind but the whole way you are acting could possibly still make you look suspicious out of shear nervousness . Relax stop. Do what you can . If you need to spend a little more to buy the COBB new for the sticker do it . I did several of my friends did.
CARB is not as omnipresent as you seem to think and your car is largely off,the radar . avoid known possible trouble points . Buy the intake new. Honestly if the intakes are used I do not believe COBB allows you to transfer the sticker snyways. When I got mine for my AP I had to submit a receipt from a COBB dealer to obtain the sticker. I bought my AP from Mlountune originally.
