Remove your rear bumper and check the duct tape.... Yes that's right I said duct tape, check the sunroof drain vanes, check pressure equalising vents. Those are the main areas, also check the hatch seam, they have been known to leak; although scarce.

I do agree with you. Mine had water in the hatch when I bought it. These are the things we deal with in hopped up econoboxes. Not to mention getting my first rattle at 6 miles in.
