    Crank pulley bolt

What's the part # for the crank pulley bolt you guys use when you do rebuilds? I'm seeing Ford BE8Z-6A340-A on some of the parts sites where they say "1.6 turbo" in the short description, but in the long description they say "1.6 non-turbo." The service manual also says to scrap the right half...

Greetings from SoCal - my new daily, and not the mileage I was promised, but hey, whatever!

Welcome. Daily stop and go traffic with 80+ runs on the highway sections, the tune, and I don't baby it, I still get 30-32 MPG calculated. The lowest calculated I have on record over 3.5 years of ownership is 26 and that was during the winter when I let it idle in the driveway while clearing...

    Philadelphia Spotted Thread

Well yeah, if you're in those touristy/beach areas. It's still nothing compared to NCC and the population density here. I'm surprised we can get anywhere up here and there's just nowhere to go without running in to people. Saw another red one the other day, but can't remember exactly where...

    P0454 code after tune

Well, mine never came back. The light went out but even after driving it for over a week, the code was still there. I guess even when the light goes out the code doesn't self-clear. I cleared the code and it hasn't been back since. They would have to prove your mods caused the issue. The...

    Philadelphia Spotted Thread

My father-in-law lives in Greenwood, and we're looking at land down that way. I can't stand living up here. I need to go back to my roots and live on some land where I can do what I want when I want without Her Majesty The County (NCC) telling me what to do with the land and house I paid for...

    P0454 code after tune

Very true. Forgot about that. So my CEL turned off tonight, but the code's still there... I take it I'll have to go back to the stock tune before I take it in? I cringe at the thought of driving the car on a stock tune now. lol

    Philadelphia Spotted Thread

Ok, I see the same red one on 95 SB just south of downtown Wilmington every morning between 8:20 and 8:30. I see it when I'm on the northbound side. There's a red one parked in front of Game Stop in Exton whenever I'm going to lunch during the week. I think it was Monday, I ended up next to...

    P0454 code after tune

Well, it's the same fuel door design that's on my wife's 2012 Fusion, and that thing constantly throws evap codes after she fills it up. It seems to be a common issue on them and I've tried cleaning it, etc. We just kind of deal with it and the only real fix is to replace the whole fuel filler...

    P0454 code after tune

I popped a P0454 on my way home tonight. It's the first time I've ever seen it after 3.5 years of owning the car. I filled up last night and I'm at 3/4 of a tank now. I've been running my latest tune for 3 weeks now so it doesn't have to do with the tune. I cleared the code. We'll see if it...

    Latest SYNC 2 Software?

Yeah I have 911 assist on. It figures that would be it. I’m on an iPhone too but glad you got it fixed. I don’t think I had 3.8 on mine. I think it was 3.6 or 3.7. All I know is the BT has been flawless on 3.10.
