Pm'd! Please check to see if you got it, my internet is being spotty. Mustang knob and locking nut pending to Jeff.
In typical fashion, I'm never happy until I do it myself. I ended up making my own knob with a bmx grip cut down, some 1/2" galvanized conduit, and a m12x1.25 nut. Looks really good I'm super happy.

All 3 shift knobs are current pending:
