Almost, most of the residents on the mountains are with out power. But the brigades from CONUS are doing an excellent job! I see them daily everywhere!

Oh my god the roads there are made for this car. I visited my family last month and while driving around those roads I craved my bean. Cheers

Try Road (Carr) #15 from Cayey to Guayama! about 365 curves! Almost flat and a beautiful view!
