Both cars look great, and I'm happy to see they are a darker bronze out in daylight.

Some of the pictures are making them look more gold than bronze but I suppose that is just the flash brightening things.

I just placed an order for a set through Discount Tire with the Sport Comp2's. They said I should have them in about a week-and-a-half.

Are you both running black lugs? It appears you are in the pictures, but I thought I'd ask. I thought Muteki made a bronze like colored lug nut (SR35 & SR48) but it looks like the color was discontinued.

Did these require hub rings?

Yes, 73.1mm hub rings. I will be running these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JN0MW1W/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Yes, am using the exact ones that JDG linked from Amazon...

And for the lug nuts, yes.. am running balck gorilla lug nuts: https://www.cjponyparts.com/gorilla...bcPL2nOt_t7jlGW3nwEI6FWVRpV1rG2saAmnYEALw_wcB

Had these on the OEM wheels and they fitted so I didn't bother getting a new set

Thank you, but that code didn't work me on the wheels. Luckily I contacted Discount Tire Direct and got a set of 4 for $489.72 all in with state tax. Last set that Konig had in stock apparently.

Now to choose a tire...
Just pulled the trigger on these...

Hopefully they last a bit longer than the RE71R.

This has been an expensive couple of weeks...

Don't forget to share photos when they're on!
Yessir; there is a slight chance I can get them mounted late Friday afternoon and then on the car for a Test and Tune Auto-X Saturday. If not, burning off the last of the Sport Comp 2 AS to make way for some General G-05 AS. I wish High Performance tires would last longer....

lol i could've told you that RE71Rs melt on the street. that's why they're the go-to autox tire. they heat up instantly.

I'm using the same hub rings that were linked earlier.

As for lugs, they are black and I went with the McGards and a set of locks

It’s a beautiful day to seal some new wheels...
The cats are rubber necking these fantastic rims and tires like all of us on the forum...classic.

This set up is going to be so sick. I am loving them more and more as people post pictures. I'm jealous about the DZIII's. I contemplated them but just not in the budget right now.

Are you going to break these in at the auto-x this weekend?!?
