Ah ok. Will replace the spark plugs first. I will report back if that fixed the problem :)

    **UPDATE**.

Changed the Spark plug to NGK 6510 and gapped them to 0.026". Everything works now and drives like a dream.

    **SECOND UPDATE**

After running new plugs for 4 months, the "spark blowout" returns. Is the coil pack the next thing to replace? Again its not throwing any error codes..

I went back to O.E Ford Motorcraft SP532 gapped at 0.026 in and haven't had a problem since. I kept fouling the One Step Colder because I don't drive more than 5 miles a day.

Yeah probably the same issue. I thought it was the cold weather but it was just because I went with the One Step Colder and they kept fouling out. I guess the amount I drive and stop and go had something to do with it. So I went back with the factory heat range and factory plugs.
