Putting LEDs in reflector housings is really gross and rude. You should only get those if you've done a EU projector swap because if you don't, you're going to get less usable output and a ton of glare for everyone else.

Re: foam: I have plenty of VHB double sided tape; can you include the foam anyway with them?
